This study aims determine effect of organizational on employee micro, small medium enterprises in Klaten Regency with motivation as mediating variables. The method used this is quantitative, collecting data using a questionnaire distributed people Regency. Samples were taken many 150 respondents an accidental sampling technique. results state Organizational Culture significant positive performance, Creativity, Creativity Employee Performance, Motivation, Motivation mediate Organisational Performance.</p>
